The cursor control unit includes a housing (24) with two surfaces (26,28) perpendicular to each other. A horizontal cursor controller (30) is installed on the first surface and generates a first movement signal. A vertical cursor controller (32) is installed on the second surface for generating a second movement signal. An object can be guided within a three-dimensional presentation using a computer programm according to the first and second movement signals received by the cursor control unit (12).
