The subsidiary parts (2) are screwed to the main part (1) both ends of which are joined to a cable (6). The cable leading to the ground is fixed to a weight, and the cable leading to the ceiling is fixed to a hook fixed to a plate (11) fixed to the ceiling. The exercise machine turns on its own axis by means of a hook (5) with spirals which are on the ends of the main body and are joined by the cable to the floor or ceiling. The cables are tightened by tensioning screws (7). The subsidiary parts can be screwed as desired into 12 different places (3) for plugging into the main part.
