Structure for locking and closing together two complementary connectors

This device locks together two connectors such as a relay with a relay base carrier having connectors and complementary contacts. Linked to one of the connectors (9) are two arms running parallel to the plug-in direction of the plug-in end (13). The arms (11, 12) and the two connectors' sides fixed to these (3, 4) have a complementary locking mechanism (14, 15) for locking the connectors (9, 10) to each other, preventing the contacts from touching in position one but providing a complementary closing mechanism (14,7) for the arms and the sides of the two connectors fixed to them, so as to close up the connectors (9,1) in position two when the contacts are touching. This allows the curved connector bridge (15) between the arms to be pressed and to fasten them from the sides of the two connectors or to release these connectors from each other.
