A method of the cord durability determination is processed by means of micro-samples taken from a stored cord. The micro-samles undergo thermal and radiative ageing. Values of the cord's insulation elongation and limiting values of a thermal flow of a thermo-oxidation reaction are determined. A calibration curve of dependency of the stated values on time of the cord's service load is made. A micro-sample of the cord's insulation is taken from the tested cord, which is identical with the stored cord, and time during which the thermal flow of the thermo-oxidation reaction exceeds the limiting value is determined. This time is mirrored into the calibration curve; the value of the cord's insulation elongation, time of the cord's ageing, predicted time of servicing, until the value of elongation is lower than 50 percent, are subtracted. A residual value of the cord's durability is determined.
|
