PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a peanut butter product comprising nut components, a seasoning, stabilizer, emulsifier and extender, and also a span, and affording a creamy product during its grinding process. SOLUTION: This food product, nut butter or a nut spread product, comprises nut components, 0-10 wt.% of a seasoning, 0.5-2.5 wt.% of a stabilizer, 0-1 wt.% of an emulsifier, and 0-60 (pref. 10-60) wt.% of an extender, and also 2.5-6.0 wt.% of a span. |
