SOLUTION: The daily necessary is equipped with one or more sheets of paper and polymer-containing sheet held between a nonwoven fabric 1 and a synthetic resin film 4 and (1) an ink composition for detection of glucose obtained by dissolving or dispersing a reagent composition comprising a sugar oxidase, a peroxidase, an oxidizable indicator into a nonaqueous solvent, (2) an ink composition for detection of protein obtained by dissolving or dispersing a reagent composition comprising an indicator exhibiting protein error, pH buffer, a protein-absorbing ion exchanger, a binder and water-absorbing powder into a solvent, (3) an ink composition, etc., for detection of urobirinogen obtained by dissolving or dispersing a reagent composition comprising a pigment precursor coloring by reaction with urobirinogen, a strongly acidic buffer, a binder and water-absorbing powder into a nonaqueous solvent are printed on the paper 2 and the polymer-containing sheet 3. |
