WATER BRANCHING HEADER FOR SPRINKLER FIRE-EXTINGUISHING PIPING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation necessary for a water pressure test in a water branching header used for sprinkler fire-extinguishing piping. SOLUTION: The header has a main body 71 having a main connection 73 connected to auxiliary piping 2 and multiple branch connections 74, and water branching pipes 76 connected to the branch connections 74 by thermal fusion. The pipes 76 are made of a synthetic resin and has a diameter large enough to receive the connection of flexible pipes. Closely-clogging portions 78 former integrally with the pipes 76 are provided at the ends of the pipes 76. Collar-shaped projecting portions 79 may be provided in the closely-stopping portions 78 of the water branching pipes 76.
