PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance of a foam molding by bringing a peripheral edge rising part of a skin into pressure contact with a rising wall of a core material at an initial foaming step with weak foaming pressure so as to improve sealability, and preventing leakage of a foam raw material. SOLUTION: In an instrument panel 1 having a foam layer 7 integrally molded between a core material 3 and a skin 5, a rising wall 9 is provided on an outer periphery of a skin forming area of a core material 3. A peripheral edge rising part 11 connected to a rising wall 9 of the material 3 bent to a rear surface side of the skin 5 is provided on a peripheral edge of the skin 5. A slender band-like recess groove 17 recessed on the rear surface side of the skin 5 is molded on the entire periphery of the part 11, and a thin hinge 21 is molded on the entire periphery of an end side part 11a from the groove 17 of the part 11. |
