PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more warm-hearted nursing possible by allowing a nursing person, even if female or old, to dry a mattress without moving a patient and make the patient lie on the mattress that is always neat. SOLUTION: A sweat-absorbing replacement mattress 2 is laid on top of a conventional mattress 1 to correspond to the part of the body of a patient above the waist, and has two cord-passing holes 3 provided at both of its corners so that it can be dried in any place. Two sweat-absorbing replacement mattresses 2 are prepared; one of the sweat absorbing replacement mattress 2 is removed by allowing a bed-ridden patient to directly and quietly raise the upper half of his body, and another replacement mattress 2 is laid to lay the patient quietly thereon. Even is the nursing person is female or old, the sweaty mattress can easily be replaced for drying. |
