PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for vehicle which can improve its appearance, ensure a field of view, improve the safety, and provide good seat belt mounting feeling. SOLUTION: In a seat device for vehicle 1 provided with a head rest 5 attached to an upper part of a seat back 3 through a stay 4 so as to adjust its height, a seat belt 8 which passes a carry-out port 9 provided in the upper part of the seat back 3 and is pulled out from an inner side of the seat back 3 to an outer side, and a retractor for winding which can pull in a part of the seat belt 8 into the seat back 3, the head rest 5 is provided within thicknesses of front and rear parts near a substantially pillowlike side part and has a belt guide member 11 which passes the seat belt 8 pulled out through the carry-out port 9 in the upper part of the seat back 3 into the inside thereof. |
