<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring eyeground blood flow, by which eyeground blood flow speed is measured by simple configuration. SOLUTION: An eyeground is irradiated with a laser luminous flux 3 as the one being thicker than an eyeground blood vessel 1, diffused light from the irradiated blood vessel is received by a detector 6 and its power spectrum or time correlation is obtained. Blood flow speed is calculated by the cut-off frequency of the power spectrum or the cycle of a vibration component in time correlation. By the configuration, complicated optical arrangement at the time of detecting a Doppler shift is evaded and, moreover, the absolute value of blood flow speed is measured while taking optical arrangement by which a measurement object blood vessel is irradiated with a single luminous flux like a speckle method.</p> |
