<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease time and labor for post-treatment such as cutting and polishing after welding, and facilitate the fitting of a face plate and a head body even if it is used for a longtime because the face plate does not come off easily. SOLUTION: The golf club head is structured so as to mount a separate face plate 2 on a penetration type iron head body 1. In such case, after the iron head body 1 and the face plate 2 are fitted together by composing a ring iron head body 1 of two or more parts, the separate face plate 2 is fitted thereinto and then two or more parts are joined together by welding.</p> |
