Plug coupling for pressurised fluid systems

The housing part (2) and plug part (4) are locked by a locking device (10). The device has an elastically deformable holder (12) which is ring-shaped and comprises several individual ring segments (30) and a concentric spring ring element (32) which biases the ring segments with radially acting spring force. During the fitting process each ring segment is movable radially against or through the spring force of the spring ring element. The individual ring segments themselves are formed relatively non-elastic and shape-stable and can preferably have a rectangular ring cross-section. The radially elastically deformable spring ring elements can be formed by at least one wire spring ring, rubber elastic shaped ring etc.
