PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial filled tire with a compatibility of rubber adhesive fouling resistance and rubber chipping resistance during the indoor use of the filled tire to a high degree. SOLUTION: An industrial filled tire is formed using tread rubber containing 20-50 wt% of syndiotactic-1,2-structure contained polybutadiene rubber in at least one kind of rubber component selected out of a group of natural rubber, isoprene rubber, polybutadiene rubber and a styrene-butadiene copolymer. In this tread rubber, the polybutadiene bound quantity of 1,2-structure in the polybutadiene rubber is 10-20 wt%, rupture time elongation Eb after aging for 24 hours at 100 deg.C is 330% or more, and A-value, expressed by A=(tanδ/E'<1/3> )/Mod 25 based on loss tangent tanδand storage elastic modulus E' (MPa) at 25 deg.C, and elastic modulus Mod 25 (MPa) at the time of 25% elongation is, 0.08 or less.
