INJECTION MOLDER AND MOLDED ARTICLE UNLOADING METHOD THEREFROM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple and efficient method, which is applied to a multi- station or stack molding, by a method wherein a driving means is composed independent from a means for opening and closing molding stations. SOLUTION: When a plurality of molding stations such as A-B and C-D are separated from each other through one of driving devices 26, a discharging mechanism 12 fulfills functions for unloading molded articles from these molding stations. When link mechanisms are put into actuation, at least either one of stripper plates and unloading plates with a pin in a plurality of molding stations are actuated so as to unload molded articles from both or one of the core plates and cavity plates of multi-molding stations irrespective of driving mechanisms for opening and closing the molding stations. The above-mentioned unloading means and method are simpler and more efficient than the unloading method and means taught at present and can utilize both for a multi-station molding and for a stack molding.
