Disclosed is a threshold microswitch comprising a movable electrode (26), realizing an initial deflection by a difference in residual stresses; an upper electrode (34), provided at a fixed distance from the movable electrode (26); and support means, including a movable electrode support portion which supports both ends of the movable electrode (26) such that a snap-through buckling phenomenon can be used when the movable electrode (26) receives a threshold load, and an upper electrode support portion which supports the upper electrode (34) such that switching with the movable electrode (26) is realized when the same undergoes snap-through buckling. <IMAGE>
