PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safety binding device which provides a binding effect with limited pains according to the necessity of constraint of a patient such as those having a lighter pathologic condition. SOLUTION: This binding device 1 one end of which is sealed while the other end thereof is released is constituted of a cylindrical bag 2 which has a space allowing motion of fingers of the one hand inserted and a proper length and a wrist part fixing lock device 3 mounted at the released end of the bag. Releasing is possible to the sealed end from the wrist part fixing lock device 3 and the released end of the cylindrical bag 2.
