PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply oil to an oil seal of a crank shaft in a short time after an engine is started so as to prevent deterioration of oil seal performance. SOLUTION: A sealing structure of an engine is formed in such a constitution that one end of a crank shaft 5 is projected from an end surface 2a of a cylinder block 2, an outer diameter of the projection part is enlarged so as to form a fly wheel fixing part 5a, an oil seal housing 8 is fixed to the end surface 2a of the cylinder block 2, and an outer peripheral surface 5b of the fly wheel fixing part 5a is sealed by an oil seal 10 held to the oil seal housing 8. In this case, a projection part T positioned on a just upper part of the fly wheel fixing part 5a is arranged on the end surface 2a of the cylinder block 2. |
