<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for a waste water treatment and a sludge treatment in which, in the waste water treatment and a sludge treatment, bacteria which are used in both the treatments are of only a kind of tolerance modified Micromonospora group to eliminate the need for aeration in the organic decomposition in the waste water treatment and sludge treatment. SOLUTION: Micromonospora, whose tolerance is modified in a high temperature tolerance modifying operation under a predetermined condition and a chemical resistance modifying operation under a predetermined condition, as aerobic bacteria, is fed into a purification tank 3 so as to be used in both of the waste water treatment and sludge treatment, whereby simplification and high efficiency can be achieved. In that case, the high temperature tolerance modifying operation applied to the Micromonospora is conducted at a temperature of 100 deg.C or higher for 30 minutes or more, and the chemical resistance modifying operation applied to the Micromonospora is conducted in a phenollic sterilizing agent of a predetermined concentration for 30 minutes or more.</p> |
