PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball polishing device provided with high processing capacity and reducing an installing space. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 121 and a second polishing cylinder 123 are rotated in the same direction and a first polishing cylinder 122 are rotated in a direction opposite to these. In addition a gap between the shaft 121 and the polishing cylinder 122 and a gap between the cylinder 122 and the second polishing part 123 are equivalent to the diameter of pachinko balls to polish. Spiral and belt-like projection parts 124 and 125 carrying the balls downward at the time of being rotate-driven are provided on the outer peripheral faces of the shaft 121 and the cylinder 122 and a polishing member is attached on the inner peripheral faces of the first and second cylinders 122 and 123. Balls flowing in from an upper side are polished by the polishing member on the inner peripheral face while they are spirally carried downward along the parts 124 and 125. As the cylinder is double-structured and inner/outer cylinders are rotated in opposite directions, high processing capacity is obtained by a small installing space.
