PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving immune activity by incorporating curdlan. SOLUTION: By incorporating the curdlan by 0.05-5 wt.% preferably, this composition is obtained. Also, it is preferable that the curdlan is heated at >=60 deg.C under the presence of water. Also, the curdlan to be used is β-1,3-glucan of a normal chain produced by Alcaligenes phecaris and Agrobacterium bacteria. Also, the composition is manufactured by mixing the feed composition and the curdlan, other feed components to be mixed are not specially limited and can be the respective kinds of feed and the mixture, etc., normally used for fish kind cultivation and a mixing method is not specially limited either. |
