PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent capable of being effectively introduced into living bodies by compounding a liposome and an oligonucleic acid complementary to a target domain containing the translation initiation codon of the PB2 gene or PA gene of influenza virus. SOLUTION: This influenza virus agent capable of being easily introduced into living bodies contains an oligonucleotide having a base sequence of formula I, formula II, etc., and containing a base sequence complementary to the base sequence of a target domain containing the translation initiation codon AVG of the PB2 gene or PA gene of influenza virus, and a liposome stable in blood and formed from a mixture of N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl-N,N'-bis(2- hydroxyethyl)-2,3-dioleyloxy-1,4-butanediammonium iodide with L- dioleylphosphatidylethanolamine. |
