<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the fitting structure of a surge absorbing element, and facilitate the fitting work thereof so as to lower the cost by housing a surge absorbing element in a clutch side connector. SOLUTION: A clutch side connector 1 is provided with a pin 20, a rubber bush 30, a support plate 40, a diode (surge absorbing element) 50, etc. One end of a connector case 10 is formed with an opening 11 to be fitted to a power source side connector 60, and the other end thereof is formed with a hole 12, in which the rubber bush 30 is to be pressed. At the time of assembling a clutch side connector, a tip of a cable 13, which is inserted in the rubber bush 30, is inserted into the hole 12 and drawn from the opening 11, and the pin 20 is fixed to the tip of the cable 13. The pin 20 is inserted into the opening 11, and while the rubber bush 30 is pressed into the hole 12. A lead of the diode 50 is inserted into a hole of a cut and standing part 41b, and caulked. A tip of the pin 20 pushes a projecting part 41a for opening, and pushes a support plate 40 into a bottom surface 14 of the connector 1. Fitting structure of the diode 50 is simplified, and the fitting work thereof is facilitated.</p> |
