摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a supply of emulsion and to roll aluminum continuously stably at high speed and under high pressure by using the emulsion having a specified average particle diameter for rolling process, separating the emulsion after rolling into oil and water, forming the emulsion from the separated water and separated oil and again using the emulsion for rolling process. SOLUTION: The emulsion used for rolling is separated into water and oil in a static separating tank 1 having a lamellar structure. After the separated oil and separated water which are separated are respectively precisely filtered with filters 2, by mixing them with a mixer 3, the emulsion without including an emulsifying agent and whose average particle diameter is 20-90μm is reproduced. The reproduced emulsion is again used for rolling and circulatively used. In this way, the efficiency of oil-water separation is high, the separation is stable with time and the man-hour for administration, area for installation and cost of equipment are reduced.
