PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching agent composition which has high detergency for any kind and any degree of stain and can be used for cleaning a substrate to be cleaned with reduced injury of the substrate even when cleaning is carried out using warm water and with improved finish, by incorporating an amorphous silicate of an alkali metal, a donor of hydrogen peroxide and a bleach activator which reacts with hydrogen peroxide in water to generate an organic peracid. SOLUTION: 0.1 to 30 wt.% amorphous silicate of an alkali metal having the formula: xM2 O.ySiO2 wherein M is an element belonging to Group Ia of the Periodic Table and x/y is 0.5 to 3.5, 30 to 98 wt.% hydrogen peroxide donor in a powder form such as percarbonate, perborate and perphosphate, 0.1 to 30 wt.% bleach activator having formula I or II wherein R is a 1-13C linear alkyl and M is H or an alkali metal, which reacts with hydrogen peroxide in water to generate an organic peracid, optionally 0.001 to 5 wt.% fatty acid (salt) having formula III wherein R is a 1-13C alkyl and 2 wt.% or less sulfate, chloride, carbonate or nitrate of a divalent metal are compounded. |
