PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing plug for injection which improves slidability with even higher sealability by laminating a tetrafluoroethylene resin film or a super high polymer polyethylene film on the surface of the body of a rubber plug with a center line average roughness and a dynamic friction coefficient of the surface being below a specified value. SOLUTION: In this sealing plug 1, a resin film 3 comprising a tetrafluoroethylene resin film or a super high polymer polyethylene film is laminated on the surface of a plug body made of rubber. In the production process of an injection, after the tip of an injection cylinder 5 is sealed up by a cap 6, the injection cylinder 5 is filled with the injection 7 to prepare and then, sealed up by the sealing plug 1 to form a prefilled injector. Normally, furthermore, an injection needle part, a press bar, covers for these parts are added to make a product. The surface roughness of the resin film 3 laminated on the surface of the body 2 of the rubber plug is below 0.05 μm or less in the center line average roughness Ra of B0601-1982 and the dynamic friction coefficient below 0.2 in JIS K7218-1982. |
