<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an outer appearance resembling to that of a glass bottle under a less-expensive manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A transparent storing member 10 made of synthetic resin such as PET or the like having an opening part 11, a circumferential wall part 13 and a bottom part 19 is formed by a direct blow forming operation and then the bottom part 19 is formed into a substantial semi-spherical shape in such a way that the outer circumferential part of the bottom part 19 is formed to have a certain round shape. A transparent covering member 20 made of synthetic resin such as PET or the like having a circumferential wall part 24 and a bottom part 29 is formed by an injection molding process and then the bottom part 29 is formed into a substantial disk-like member with the outer circumferential part of the bottom part 29 being projected more outwardly than that of the storing member 10. The covering member 20 is fitted to the outer circumferential part of the storing member 10 to cause both the storing member 10 and the covering member 20 to be integrally assembled to form a double walled structure of the bottom parts 19 and 29. A wall thickness of each of the bottom parts 19, 29 of this product can be seen large like that of the glass bottle.</p> |
