PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart to this material a superior thermal diffusion property in the surface direction, a thermal insulation property in the thickness direction, and an excellent thermal deformation resistance by alternately laminating a fiber layer having a predetermined value or more that conductivity and a thermoplastic resin layer having a predetermined value or more glass-transition temperature. SOLUTION: The material consists of a planar body 3 having two or more high heat conductive fiber layers 1 and three or more thermoplastic resin layers 2 laminated alternatively to then be put together through heat-compression. The heat conductivity of the high heat conductive fiber layers 1 is 100 W/m.K or more, and a rate of the thermoplastic resin layers to the high heat conductive fiber layers is made 30-90 wt.%. Also, the thermoplastic resin layers 2 are reinforced thermoplastic resin material consisting of amorphous resin having a glass transition temperature of 120 deg.C or higher or crystalline resin having a melting point of at least 180 deg.C. As a high heat conductive fiber to be used, there is preferady used a carbon fiber and metal fiber having a heat conductivity of 100 W/m.K or more in the fiber axial direction. |
