HERBICIDE AND USE THEREOF

A herbicide comprises the sulphonylurea derivatives of the formula (I): wherein Q is -CH=CH- or -S-, R is C1-3 alkyl, and X is -OCH3 or -CH3; or their agriculturally acceptable salts. The herbicide is useful for the control of undesired vegetation, for example, black glass, downy brome, camomile, charlock and stirchwort in the presence of many valuable small grain cereals.
