PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make energy utilization efficiency good and suppress consumption of useless resource by possessing a photovoltaic power generation system supplied to each electric instrument, a heat exchange type collection ventilation system for exchanging heat between the outside air and the air in a building to exhaust, and a water treatment system for cleaning domestic wastewater and reusing it. SOLUTION: The solar battery panel of cell structure is set at a southward position and the like of the roof of a building. With regard to the photovoltaic power generation system 1, outside commercial electric power is utilized when power generation power is insufficient, and when it is excessive, excessive electric power is supplied to the outside. A collection ventilation partly shares a cooling and heating unit and an air duct in first and second floors of the building, heat exhausting while ventilating is returned to the inside of the building, and cooling and heating efficiency are increased. In addition, a water treatment system 3 has a water storage tank for storing rain water, which is cleaned to be circulated and utilized together with water cleaning domestic wastewater. Thus, energy utilization efficiency is made good and consumption of useless resource can be suppressed. |
