<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a measuring person of the reliability of a measured value by detecting the reliability of measuring visually output reliability. SOLUTION: A pressure detecting means 3 detects the pressure of a cuff 2 mounted to a human body and a pulse body extracting means 4 removes slow pressure fluctuation generated by the variation of noise components and a pressurizing speed generated from a pressurizing pump 7 to detect a pulse wave superimposed to cuff pressure. In addition, a pressurizing speed deciding means 5 calculates optimal pressurizing speed according to a pulse rate and a pump voltage adjusting means 6 gives voltage according to the decided pressurizing speed to the pressurizing pump 7. A blood pressure deciding means 8 decides blood pressure by an oscillometric method and a display means 10 displays a measuring result. When a lowest blood pressure is decided, a reliability judging means 9 judges the reliability of the lowest/highest pressure from a pump voltage and when reliability is low, displays the effect to a display means 10.</p> |
