<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a packaging container with which a less amount of influence is applied to environment when it is disposed after its use, and further it is suitable for a mass production. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is comprised of steps for slicing wood in a thin shape in parallel with its axial direction, cutting a sliced bamboo to a specified shape to form thin plates 7, 8, and pressing the thin plates with a die to form their desired shape. More practically, adhesive agent 9 is applied to at least one of the thin plates 8 to adhere the thin plates 7, 8 to each other to form a laminated plate 10. Although the thin plates 7, 8 have a directional characteristic of fiber, when it is desired to increase a strength of the laminated plate 10, they may be set in such a way that directions of the fibers in the thin plates 7, 8 are crossed at a right angle from each other or more than two plates are adhered from each other. In addition, a thin protection layer made of resin may be placed between the two thin plates 7, 8. Next, a container 12 is made such that the laminated plate 10 is set 10 is set in a pre-formed die in compliance with a target packaging container and then the laminated plate 10 is pressed with the die.</p> |
