PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption while stabilize combustion at the time of low rotation. SOLUTION: An engine is controlled by an engine control device 22 provided with an operation switching means 29 for reducing the number of a cylinder in which explosion is generated, when a boat hull is in an engine operating region of a non-planing condition and engine speed is lower than operation switching rotational speed. When the engine speed is higher than the operation switching rotational speed, explosion are generated in all cylinders. |
