PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize structure, wherein the base oil component of grease and the broken piece of a seal material are not flied out to the outside of a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: A seal material 18a is adhered to the flat part 21 of a shield plate 11f through injection molding. A part of the seal material 18a during injection molding are caused to enter in a small hole 25 formed in the shield plate 11f and the shield plate 11f and the seal material 18a are mechanically intercoupled. The seal material 18a is nipped between the flat part 21 and the inner side 19a of a lock groove 12. The seal material 18a is prevented from leakage of the base oil component of grease. Further the fine pieces of the seal material 18a are not flied out to the outside of the rolling bearing.
