Preferably the head support is mounted on a link 2 slidably mounted within the backrest and pivotally connected to the piston 11 of a piston and cylinder unit 10 pivoted to the inside of the backrest, the cylinder being connected to a resilient working cylinder 5 within the seat cushion. Extension of the head support may be effected by an electric drive. An adjustable stop 15 may limit the extension of the head support. |
