PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a deviation in the corresponding relations of a steering wheel angle and a cut angle of a steering wheel by producing an idling condition of handling without causing inconveniences even when handling is done at a low speed so as to increase a chance of the compensation of a deviation. SOLUTION: When a CPU in a controller 26 detects a deviation between the current steering wheel angle detected by a steering wheel angle sensor 30 and the target steering wheel angle obtained from the tire cut angle R detected by a tire angle sensor 28, it opens a solenoid valve 22 at the time of handling to create an idling condition of handling so as to compensate the deviation. As an orbit roll 4 which discharges an oil amount which corresponds to a rotation amount of a steering wheel 2, the orbit roll of low slip type which increases the discharge efficiency in a steering wheel low speed rotation region is used. The opening of the solenoid valve 22 is inhibited only when vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 35 is in a condition in which it is regarded as a vehicle stop condition, even if steering wheel rotation speed is low. |
