PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject extruder and food molding machine, designed to improve operating efficiency as a whole through minimizing a work to remove outside food materials (e.g. cooked rice, glutinous rice, bun dough) off the outer peripheral surface of a carrying pipe. SOLUTION: The food material joint extruder and food molding machine are so designed that a scraper 49 for scraping outside food materials W1 downward is set up in close proximity to or in sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of a carrying pipe 27 and ensured to be rotatable relatively to the outer peripheral surface of the carrying pipe 27. |
