PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability at time of use, and stabilize a color tone by the preservation by packing them together with an oxygen scavenger by separately filling a sizing agent component and a hardening agent component in a gas permeable plastic vessel. SOLUTION: A collagen protein part hydrolyzing substance sterlized by in ethylene oxide, a sizing agent component mainly composed of a polyhydric phenol compound and a hardening agent component mainly composed of aldehyde and the like, are filled in a vessel, and are sealed in a sterlizing bag. They are also sealed in a packing material composed of an oxygen impermeable material together with an oxygen scavenger. Here, gelatin or the like is used as the collagen substance, and resorcinol is used as the polyhydric phenol compound. The weight ratio of the collagen substance/the polyhydric phenol compound in the sizing agent component is desirably set to a range of 1/1 to 10/1. Formaldehyde, glyoxal or the like are used as the aldehyde and the like. As the oxygen scavenger, an active iron oxide is desirably used as a main component. |
