PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a printing pressure between a plurality of cylinders supported to an eccentric bearing in a predetermined range by a simple means without following to a plate cylinder. SOLUTION: A center 9 of a plate cylinder 3 and a center 7 of an eccentric bearing for supporting a rubber cylinder 2 are disposed on a first straight line g1' and a center 8 of the cylinder 2 is disposed on a second straight line g3 at a basic position for executing an operating coupling between a plate cylinder 1, the cylinder 2 and the cylinder 3. And the line g3 is formed at a regulating angle (α) to the line g1' to extend in a range between the cylinder 1 and the line g1'.
