PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control stably a treating liquid system with pressure by a method wherein a temperature at an outlet of a cooler of treating fluid is controlled so that a temperature of the treating fluid flowing in a second pressure controller which controls a pressure of a gas-liquid separation tank at second specific pressure, and the gas-liquid separation tank, is at least critical temperature of carbon dioxide. SOLUTION: A supercritical water reactor 70 is equipped with a temperature regulator 72 wherein a temperature of treating fluid is controlled so that a temperature of a liquid stay part 40a of a first gas-liquid separation tank 40 becomes at least critical temperature of carbon dioxide, for example, 35 deg.C. The temperature controller 72 is composed of a thermometer 74 measuring a temperature of liquid of the liquid stay part 40a of the first gas-liquid separation tank 40, a flow rate regulation valve 76 which adjusts a flow rate of cooling water of a cooler 3b or other fluid, and a temperature controller 78 which adjusts the flow rate regulation valve 76 based on a measured temperature of the thermometer 74 to control the treating fluid to a specific outlet temperature. Herein the specific outlet temperature is provided wherein a temperature to be decreased by partial gasification owing to adiabatic expansion is at least added to critical temperature of carbon dioxide, for example, 40 deg.C.
|
