<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch excellent in workability and machinability during manufacture and besides reduce a cost. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic clutch 1 comprises a pulley 10 formed of a magnetic material; and a stator 20 arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the pulley 10 with a given gap therebetween and fixed at a compressor housing. The stator 20 comprises a bobbin 22 formed of an insulation material which is approximately in a U-shape in cross section and around which an exciting coil 21 is wound; a coil case 23 formed of an insulation material and containing the bobbin 22; and a yoke 24 formed of a magnetic material and fitted in the coil case 23.</p> |
