<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the frictional coefficient of a separation plate under high humidity, higher than the frictional coefficient between the sheets of paper, by blending a water soluble cellulose derivative, into a polymer of a separation plate material. SOLUTION: 1-100 pts.wt. of water soluble cellulose derivative powder is blended to 100 pts.wt. of a polymer to be used as a material of a separation plate 2. Whereby the humidity is absorbed by the blended water soluble cellulose derivative under high humidity of more than 50% humidity, and the stickiness is generated, so that the surface frictional coefficientμb of the separation plate 2 can be kept constant. On this occasion, when the blending amount of the water soluble cellulose derivative powder is less than 1 pts.wt. the amount of the water soluble cellulose derivative on the surface of the separation plate 2 is too small to inhibit the lowering of the frictional coefficient of the separation plate under high humidity. When the same is more than 100 pts.wt. the dispersibility and the workability are lowered, so the blending amount should be within a range of 10-100 pts.wt. Preferably 5-50 pts.wt. is desired.</p> |
