<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide a purified gas by absorbing acidic gas component in a gas containing dust particles by subjecting the gas to a wet type gas scrubbing, removing almost all of large dust particles by an impurity removing liquid, and then recovering remaining dust particles by a dust removing apparatus at dew point or higher temperature. SOLUTION: Regarding a gas 1 load with dust, acid and acid forming components existing in the gas are at first removed by bringing the gas into contact with a salt solution 13a in a gas scrubber 2. At that time, based on necessity, an alkaline substance 16 is added through a valve 15. The resultant gas flow 3 from which acidic components are removed is supplied to filter facility 5 provided with a dust filter. In this case, to prevent occurrence of condensation of steam in the filter facility 5, the gas flow is properly heated by a heat exchanger 4 in the front stage of the filter facility 5. On the other hand, the polluted salt solution 9 coming out of the gas scrubber 2 is cooled by a heat exchanger 10 and then introduced into the filter facility 11 to remove solid particles and the purified liquid flow 13 is turned back to the gas scrubber 3.</p> |
