PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input a call at a remote time in a remote position separated from elevator equipment. SOLUTION: In the subject portable input device 1, a call can be inputted at a remote time in a remote position separated from elevator equipment. The input device is formed into a wristwatch type shape, for example. As an interface for a user, the input device 1 includes the first display 3 visualizing data, the first keyboard 4 through which data or a movement command is manually inputted, and a sound unit 5 which performs acoustic input of the data or the movement command so as to generate sound information to the elevator user. For example, a target floor (the 27th floor) is selected by sound 6, indication of 27 is displayed on the display 3, and if the user comes closer to the elevator, this information is automatically transmitted to an elevator controller. Then, the elector controller transmits information of an allocated elevator car to be moved as required to the portable input device 1. |
