SOLUTION: This method for processing animal fat is to finely cut animal fat, separate a liquid component mainly composed of the fat from a solid component mainly composed of proteins by heating, and recovering the liquid component and the solid component. The protein food materials are prepared by tasting the solid component obtained by the above method. |
