PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a composition for a head having excellent activities for preventing depilation, etc., and promoting hair growth, and utilized in drug, unregulated drug and cosmetic fields by formulating a specific plant extract. SOLUTION: This composition for a head is obtained by formulating at least one kind of an extract of a plant belonging to the genus Tabebuia of Bignoniaceae. A preferable plant belonging to the genus Tabebuia of Bignoniaceae is exemplified by Tabebuia heptaphylla, Tabebuia caraiba, Tabebuia cassinoides and Tabebuia chrysotricha. The formulating amount of the extract is 0.005-20.0 wt.%. |
