PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To catalyze the decomposition of organic matters and prevent the adhesion of foreign matters by using a conductive body and making the surface resistance of a photocatalyst film less than specified value. SOLUTION: A glass plate 5 with an anti-static photocatalyst film formed of a base 1 and a conductive photocatalyst film 4 laminated together is manufactured (b). A continuous phase 3 composed of TiO2 as a photocatalyst and conductive fine particles 2 dispersed in the continuous phase 3 are provided (a). In the manufacturing method for the glass plate 5, a coating liquid prepared by ITO-fine particle dispersed into titania sol is dried and heated after forming a film of one of the surface and the back of the glass base 1. When the surface resistance value and an anti-static photocatalyst film 4 of non-conductive film thus formed and the foul of the film after the film is left in a smoking room for one month are checked and the surface resistance value is 10<9> Ω/square or less, the anti-static preventing function is effective for preventing the adhesion of dust. |
