PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute rolling continuously and stably at high speed and under high pressure by taking lubricating oil used for cold rolling part as the liquid mixed with separated water after filtering separated oil and taking the lubricating oil used for the part other than a cold rolling part as the liquid filtering aqueous emulsion before separating into oil and water. SOLUTION: A lubricating coolant used for rolling flows into a collecting tank 10 and is sent to an aqueous emulsion tank 8. Next, a portion of the emulsion in the aqueous emulsion tank 8 is sent into a separating tank 1 through a lubricating coolant feeding conduit 11 and separated into oil and water. After the separated oil is precisely filtered with a filter 2a and the separated water, as necessary, with the filter 2b, they are mixed with a mixer 3 and the emulsion without including an emulsifying agent is reproduced. The reproduced lubricating coolant is again used for rolling. On the other hand, an aqueous emulsion base lubricating oil which is used for a part other than the cold rolling part is taken out as the other portion of the emulsion in the aqueous emulsion layer, sent to the filter 9 and supplied to the rolls other than the biting part of roll. |
