PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microorganism that can hydrolyze hydrolysis-resistant cellulose acetates, namely with a substitution degree of 2.8-3.0 (triacetate) without worsening the natural environment. SOLUTION: A microorganism in Rhizobium can decompose cellulose acetate with a substitution degree of 2.8-3.0. In the decomposition of cellulose acetates, a microorganism that belongs to Rhizobium is cultured in a culture medium containing cellulose acetate with a substitution degree of 2.8-3.0 to decompose or hydrolyze the cellulose acetate with a substitution degree of 2.8-3.0. |
