<p>The valve has first (5) and second (8) diaphragms, and the sealing surface of the latter has at least one indentation (22), which extends into each of the active regions of the sealing surface of the former, in order to form chambers. The chambers are exposed to the supply pressure at least when the valve is closed. The entire effective pressure on the first diaphragm is at most compensated by the opposing hydraulic forces. The sealing surfaces region of the first diaphragm and the corresponding base region of the indentations are preferably also exposed to these forces when the valve is open.</p> |
